Did you really put a boosted 540 in a 69' Copo?

Same thing I was looking for, but the only solution is to drop the cash on a nascar style small pump with remote resivor and the bracket from ATI.

yes i did put a 540 in a copo body .. along with speed tech arms detroit speed rear springs q a1 big disc brakes the whole works.. when i can locate the correct block and heads and so on them i will put the car back into orriginal condition until then i will enjoy the car and hopefully i wont hurt it any but all of my mods have been bolt ons to date . when i found the car it was a mess with a sbc 350 . if u ever shopped for copo 512 blocks or heads then u know my problem.. everyone wants a small island in the carribean for them .

I was able to use ProChargers bracket with the factory pump and subframe on my 69 Camaro and 468 ZL-1. When I swapped to the Wayne Due front end I had to go to the later style remote-reservoir pump. My engine was in the factory big block offset location though. Wouldn't work if yours is mounted on small block frame pads.

when i bought the car it had a small block in it and for the longest time i thought it was ass until i found ed at the copo connection and he did a numbers check for me and to my surprise i had a l-72 copo missing all the goodies .. its a nice car . it does sit on sbc frame mounts wich i had to switch to to get the custom lemmons headders to fit lemmons headders for the 69 camaro with big block and power steering must use sbc mounts. one day i will locate the 512 block so far to date i was able to snag a 69 copo intake off e bay for 100 bucks .. yes im happy many more rare parts to find..

Look at a P/S pump off of an S10 from the early 90s. Standard rotation and they used a remote tank. You can probably get one at a discount auto parts store. Then you only have to shell it out for the bracket.
