A friend of mine is looking at a 67 camaro. The seller of the car stated that for camaro's rear seatbelts were an option that year. Is this correct? Were rear seat belts an option of the 67 model year? The front's were standard but rears were otional? Sound right? how do chevelles compare to camaros?

I have worked on a few 67's that did not have rear seat belt,or the holes for them.So it could be a option.
