I'll be in North Carolina from 6/23 - 6/29. Specifically the Duck - Nags Head Area. It is going to be a Chevelle-Free week, so I'm looking to find some cruises or gear-head activities in the area.

Help me with my adiction!!!!

Rob, That part of the coast is the Outer banks. I don`t think you will find any car stuff to do. Duck and Nags Head are nice "beach hangouts". You will be quite far from any cruiz-ins there.

Rob,
Bring the 4 wheelers!!!
We stayed in a house in the Corolla beach area last July. The house was about 5 miles north of the END of the paved road just above Duck.
Four wheel drive vehicles are a MUST in this section of the OB!!! Gotta drive along the beach which is loose sand.
Duck is a nice area...had dinner there a few nights...a little pricey though.
Bring bug repellent, especially for the kids. ;)
Lots of wild horses too...

I'll be gone for a few weeks, come by, pick up the Chevelle and take her for a spin. She loves rides on the beach. :)

.

Michele would kill me if I turned her beach week into a 4 wheeling adventure.

OH WELL,

If anyone is vacationing in the area gimme a call. I'm always looking to meet up with fellow gearheads!!! 917-379-0366.
