Look in the thread of power tour pictures just linked to. Their is a picture of theis car at one of the power tour stops with a leash hanging off the back.

Wrong movie, the family truckster was in "Vacation" the RV was in "Christmas Vacation" which the griswolds have a Taurus wagon instead of the family truckster.

That is priceless. That happened to an uncle of mine. He cut the tree down, then left it outside his house for a few days before bringing it in. After he got it in, his wife woke him up screaming one morning that their was a rat in the house. Turned out to be a squirrel which we all assume must have hitchhiked his way in on the tree :D

That movie is so funny because so many can relate to it so closely. That movie is like watching one of our family vacations from when I was a youngin'.

Love Vacation and Christmas vacation. The others sucked. But those two are hillarious.


To this day if my wife or mother call me over to look at something I am really not interested in or im in a hurry I do the quick look and nod like Clark did when he stole the money from the register at the grand canyon stop.

And when jumping into a pool butt naked I still do "This is crazy, this is crazy, this is crazy" before jumping in.

One of the best movies ever.

That wagon rocks but he does indeed need a blow up doll or manequin wrapped in trashbags on the roof to really pin it down. Sure, might get pulled over but if the officer didnt laugh his butt off then I think you could perform a citizens arrest for severe lack of humor that endangers the public.
