We use the main body and baseplate on my sons 750 Holley/proform, nice pieces and work good. If I didnt have the hp950 already,I would have tried the proform main body, they almost look identical and you can't argue over a billet baseplate, much stronger than holleys cast aluminum.

I'm considering one of the main bodies for my 4160/750VS. Is it worth the effort and $100? If it's not, I will save some more cash and get a Demon 850.

I have the 750proform main body on my holley double pumper, it was worth the $100 considering the price of a new carb. It took about an hour and a half to swap main bodies because my holley had the old sticky gaskets.

I never got it to the track and now my 350 is out and I am starting a 400 build up using my AFR 195's and a crane hyd roller.

My throttle response improved with the proform main body probably due to my drop base air cleaner to fit it under the stock hood, just not enough clearence between the choke tower and air cleaner top with a 1 1/4" drop base 14"x3" air filter.

I have the main body and one of their billet metering blocks. The other metering block, base plate, and bowls are Holley. It is a 750 double pumper and it works great! My times dropped in the 1/4 mile vs. the Holley vac secondary 750 that I was running.
I have heard that converting a vacuum secondary Holley to a Proform doesn't work as well as converting a double pumper.

I really like their product.
