Back from body shop prison:D The guys did a fantastic job, in fact one of these days, I'll have to get them to repaint the front:thumbsup:

Now to throw the spacer on it, lash the valves 4 thousanths tighter, put the shorter shifter in it, fix the line lock switch, adjust the timing, change the oil in the trans, and head to the track. I just keep thinking 12s:yes:

Glad you are happy with the results Mark.

Hope to get a glimpse of it soon.
Drove past the Speedway on my way to a junkyard a few miles past it, and thought of you.

OK Dave, here is a crappy pic, I still have to so some detailing though. The garage is awesome, maybe one of these years I'll even get it organized.

TX Bryan, if you wander by the track this weekend, I'll be there when it opens on SAT and plan to run until they close or I break something. Here's my rig:

Bryan, be prepared to stay out way late hanging out by the kerosene heater and having a couple road pops. It's a super cozy place to hang out until the wee hours. Mark has awesome stories to tell, too.

We miss him up here. You guys do your best to make him welcome down there please. :)

PS, how cool, I'm even in that picture with 489 Brian, Shawn and Ben.
