in this car

can i just go to the yard and grab everything i need off of any G body???

my car is an 86 regal. currently has the heat/ac ripped out. i'm pretty sure all the ducts and stuff are still in the car.

All the G Body stuff is interchangeable. I had a complete setup I removed from an 86 Cutlass, but I trashed it all because I couldn't give it away. And when I say I had everything, I mean I had everything...inside and outside heater boxes, condenser, evap core, dryer, accumulator, lines, etc.
The only thing that is specific are the hoses. Oldsmobile engine shave the compressor on the right side of the car while chevys have it on the left side. A Monte Carlo will be your best bet for direct fit. Also just as an FYI, the heater box is a major PITA to remove with the front clip on the car.
