Why can't I find a 1965 Hood... after market or other wise?....does the 66 or 64 fit?

Hi and welcome
They are hard to come by. It is not being reproduced yet. I would check E bay, and Craigs list often for a workable used one. They do turn up every now and then. Also put an add on this site in the free classifieds , wanted section.

1965 has it is own hood. It is different in the front than the 64. Watch the ads here or ebay.

X2 on what chevelle malibu 64 posted. 64 is a more flat front to the hood, and 65 has a point to it. Not sure on the 66, but I believe 65 is all alone. Keep looking on here and craigslist too.

Glasstek makes a fiberglass one. I just put one on my 65 El Camino. It's a 2 inch cowl unit and fits nice right out of the box. Nice finish on the underside too. Mark
