my centerlink is hitting my frame under a full turn to the right. i just put in a new lee 670 box and everything minus the pitman arm is new. i need to send the box back and get the stops adjusted and this will most likely solve the problem (it wont turn to the point where its hitting), but since this shouldnt be happening im still looking for solutions.

whos had it happen and what did you do? the only thing i can think of is to bend the pitman arm up slightly. it doesnt hit when turned towards the left so i would think that means the idler arm is higher than the pitman. i talked to tom lee about the pitman arm not seating all the way and he said its pretty much impossible to fix at this point. he said torque it to 150 and even to 180 if i wanted and then drive it for a few thousand miles. he said that the arm would work its way up the splines and as long as i retorqued it i would be fine.

ive got about 2 threads showing under the nut. ive talked to others that have had this problem, but no one had a solution.
