it takes some work but i have drill the intake behind the carb and tapped it the put in a vacuum tree........but right now im running a victor jr intake(454) and just not going to hook the brakes up ..........there just isnt no vacuum to run the brake system (5 inches at idle..lol) so im not even going to mess it up.....i do have the tranny hooked up to the full port vacuum on the carb...........

Instead of drilling the intake, you can add a 1/2" spacer under the carb. Drill and tap the spacer instead of the intake.

If you're carb is a non-HP 4150, it should have both "ported" and "manifold" vacuum ports coming out of the base. Hook the Power brakes up to the full manifold port. Hook the vacuum advance and transmission modulator up to the ported vacuum.
If you have a 4150HP or in some cases I have seen the ports on a regular 4150 plugged, you can go with a one inch spacer with a vacuum port.
