I've been wanting a 1969 El Camino for some time, but with other projects and lack of available funding it had to wait. The waiting came to and end today. :beers: I found a decent running pickup with some nice add-ons and options. It's a Malibu Custom with bucket seats. Original color is 55 E Azure Turquoise w/ Parchment vinyl top. An SS hood has been installed along with a console. Has a 12 bolt and a th350 that shifts out great. Lot's to do, but first I'm going to put in new upholstery and drive it! I'm installing a Gear Vendors Overdrive to help with the cruising. I've got to find some 15" Torq Thrust wheels and white letter tires to inspire me to work on the body so it can be painted back to it's original color. It's got 756 black interior, but I'm going with Pearl on the new kit.

Great to find this excellent resource online. I'm a happy cruiser!

Almost twins to start with but ours was just a base V8 model. I added the bucket seats and other stuff. This shot was ours, loaded with all the parts, heading to the bodyshop for Cortez Silver paint. Very similar vehicles. I'm sure yours will put a smile on your face too.
