Now that I know It's here I promise everyone here that it will get used daily. If anyone here has any pro-street questions just ask me. I'm far from an expert, but my friend who's installing my rear-clip and narrowing and tubbing my car can give me any expert advice that anyone on this site would need.:thumbsup: The Pro-Street section is a great addition to our already-great Chevelle club. You can see my 2 prostreet cars I've had in my sig.Click the link,the 70 SS nova,and the 69 SS chevelle.

This is my 1st ProStreet car. The car was built for the track sometime in the early 90's. I'm in the process of making some safety and comfort corrections. I pulled the 383 out and will be installing one of Mark Jones 475/620 motors. The link in my sig. shows the car when I brought it home and the re-build process.

I'll try to get into the garage and take a few pictures this weekend. ProStreet '68 chevelle. Just sitting right now, collecting the rest of the parts to put it together.

I'm posting in my sons name I just signed him up and he is 14 ,he will be checking in here and there .He is looking for a 70 ish Chevelle partial done or even from the start project preferably Pro-Street. I think I got him hooked doing my car and going to the local mall car show every Saturday.Hurs a cuuple pics of my car.

Here's mine, I've had the car for 23 years. Drove it to high school. Then in '93 started a 7 year resto. Drove it 1/1/2000 to a show. Started out as a race car but I enjoy driving it alot. Which is why I'm putting it back together now after a broken solid roller! :cool:

Sweet camaro Heres a 69 that a local engine builder races! Small cube SB chevy launches at 10,000 RPM's crazy fun car to watch and hear in person! Also with a 5 speed lol

Hi Scott, That has to be the nicest 70 chevelle I've seen in a long time. It's sort of hard to tell by your pics how big your back tires are and if you had to stretch the rear wells. If the wells are stretched where do you get the longer chrome pieces that finish the wells?

I bought a 65 last fall thinking this time I was just going to buy a cool ProStreet Chevelle that’s already done and just drive it, well it didn’t work out that way. This car was a total nightmare from the start. I have replaced everything mechanical and I mean everything except the engine, the guy that built the car obviously didn’t build the engine because it’s the only thing that isn’t totally screwed up. Anyway its actually turning out to be a fun car to drive.

Well it was a pic of the car but I changed my sig, and now it's motor.
408 ci was in 570's 480's before the rebuild, Solid roller before Hyd roller now.

24086its takes way to much time when you gotta do it yourself. panel repair,bodywork, ive had this car torn down 3 times off the frame. now ive decided to drop it 3 inches in rear and 2 in front. still got a long road to go. 70 chevelle
