Street driven full size chevy truck.
Need it stealthy. Along the lines of the Lightning trucks.
I don`t want to cripple the motor but it needs to be smooth.
Canfield heads, 9.2 comp with a Procharger carb setup.
112-114 sep I`m sure, but I don`t see the need to use alot of lift, correct me if wrong.

Hyd Roller absolutely a must thanks graemlins/thumbsup.gif

You Know it!! Got the 113cc chambers and they look to be 100% CNC`d, the intake runners the exhaust ports and the combustion chambers all set up with a Hyd roller spring for $1670 :D

Big Red-L72,

For a low-lift hydraulic roller, I have a 280/288 at .006", 228/236 at .050", .558"/.558" valve lift and 114 LSA. This family has an 18-year history of long-term street life.
With a little higher lift, and still without any known valve train problems, I have a family every 4°, as follows:
280/288 228/236 .600/.600
284/292 232/240 .600/.600
288/296 236/244 .600/.600
292/302 240/250 .600/.600
and of course, the
308/316 255/263 .650/.650
The LSA should be 114°, in all cases. The 2 smaller patterns would be my choice. They should both idle under 900 rpm in a S/C 496...
