Does anyone here know anyone at S&W .....Long story short they are holding my project up big time......First they say UPS lost my frame rails...second they were shipped and they weren't......I called on friday and he said they shipped them again and we should have gotten them today and YEP you guessed it they didn't ship them again...We could go somewhere else to get them but we would have to start all over and that would take even longer....He said he will make them and send them tomorrow and over night them.....Well lets see what happens.....I first ordered these rail on JUNE 18th....So a month for something that should take maybe a week to ten days..... :(

I tried for 3 weeks and several phone calls to get Mr. hookdaddy to call me back... he never did. And now your experiance tells me I made the right choice and went elsewhere. I figured that if he could'nt even return a sales call then he would never ever return a tech call! The amazing thing though, is how much time he spends on the other board yet can't do his job!

this is very surprising to me as I have dealt with S&W many times this year and I have received EXCELLENT support. So have many others that I know.

You can try Don (Hookdaddy) there or his son Kevin has been excellent. Something does not sound right.

Scott - I'm glad Kevin was able to straighten out our "little" problem. We recently had an employee leave under less than friendly terms and I'm still trying to recover some unfortuneatly "lost" customer records, data or info. I appoligize for your frustration. Lee - I'm really dismayed by your post. I always return my calls. Now I'm worried about problems with our voicemail syatem. I know we've experienced some lost messages during power outages recently but to miss two messages over a matter of weeks worries me. To you I also appologize, if you see it in your heart to give us another chance I think you'll find the real S&W Race Cars. My dad tought me long ago " you only get one change to make a first impression" If you give us a second chance you won't regret it.

Sometimes email is best - dscholl@swracecars just make sure you put a subject in the subject line - I've got a pretty aggressive email filter.

Hookdaddy - It was 3 calls! BTW, your were'nt the only one to not get back to me, 2 other places also stood me up. Chassis Engineering came to bat and was very eager and helpful....
