28 years ago I owned a 1972 350 Malibu. A couple years later I sold it to buy into a business and have never regretted anything more. Last week I finally stumbled across her replacement and after a 21 hour drive from Wisconsin to central Michigan I now have a 1972 SS 402 with a numbers matching engine. She needs some work, interior and body but I have had her out on the back roads and she runs very well. Starting with replacing shocks and brakes so we're road worthy to get to town for more serious work.:hurray::hurray::hurray:
