hi i actually have 2 questions,,are the front parking lights/directionals on a 70ss supposed to go on with the headlights? and if so how come mine arent? i replaced the 2 bulbs,and still no luck.wires look tight, any suggestions? thnks in advance

Not sure on wiring. But the '70 chevelle headlight switch goes on in 2 stages - first stage turns on the parking lights. Pull a little more and the headlights come on.

Make sure the contacts are clean. Hit them with some sandpaper. I'm almost positive they should come on.
