I have a 600 carter carb. It has two vaccum ports on the pass side that I dont know what to do with , one coming from the electric choke and one at the top of the carb slanting down at about a 45 degree angle directly into the carb. Can these be capped or do they need to routed somewhere.
Thanks in advance,Mitch

The one slanting down is a vent, it can be capped.

Thanks Dragn70,I kinda figured about that one but the one coming out of the choke (full vacuum) has got me stumped.I'm sure this is an older model carter.

The pipe off of the electric choke should be left open. If it was not electric it would go to the exaust manafold

ASB,wouldnt leaving this unplugged create a vacuum leak and cause driving probs.?
