Anyone heard of "ETHOS" A guy at work says he has done research and it works. I drive my 2006 GMC Sierra VortexMax (6.0L) 50 miles one way to work and any increase in mileage would help ;) I guess slowing down from 80mph would help the best lol. Anyways any of you guys try this stuff?

Don't waste your $$$'s on this crap.
Every time theres a gas increase some dip$hit comes out with the miracle gas saver.
Use common sense when you see this trash.
Everyone from Mythbusters to Popular Science has tested this type of "stuff" and the only benefit is to the seller.

OH,heres another article from the guy that wrote this drivel:

Hehe I was thinking ...if it was so darn good why doesn't the goverment make it mandatory to add it to the gas during the refining process then the oil companies could charge us another 0.50 cents a gallon to offest any fuel mileage gains.

Look, the best gas saver you can use is to DRIVE like you have a raw egg between your foot and the gas pedal!!

Drive like an old man and you can get UP TO 25 percent BETTER gas mileage IF you also keep your windows rolled up, the A/C off and your tires pumped up to like 5 pounds higher than recommended!!

NO jack rabbit starts and coast going down hills and such!!

In other words drive like you wanted to save enough money so that at the end of the week and you were broke, that you saved enough to buy a 12 pack of your fav. brew!!

I've done this and have went from 32 or 33 or so to 40 mpg on the hwy commuting daily 60 miles round trip....

He seems to sell everything! He'll fix your sleep problems, increase your gas mileage and sell you clothes! What a guy!

1. Use tires with larger diameter on the back of the car. You'll get better mileage because you'll be rolling downhill all the time.
2. When driving east, put the car in neutral rather than drive. The rotation of the earth will cause it to turn under you car, all you have to do is coast.
3. Have a friend add gas to your car between fillups. Since it didn't cost you anything, your mileage will improve since the free gas doesn't "count".

All these tips are provided free of cost. Feel free to pass them along to your friends which will double the value of your investment!!!

Worried about increasing your mileage? Well do you really need to drive a truck like that 100 miles a day to commute to/from work?

I've done this, too, got about 3mpg increase on my Bravada. Was 16-ish, went to almost 20mpg - all city driving in an AWD truck.

However, it's boring as hell. I just can't do it for long. :D
