I just completed my 6 to 8 cylinder conversion on my 64 chevelle. Now the only thing left for me to figure out is the kickdown rod for the trans to the carb. My set up consists of a powerglide mated to a 283cid 4barrel quadrajet. Could someone please post a pic of what one looks like?
Thanks Dave:beers:

Bolts to the back of the block.........I never had all pieces and ended up just swapping to a th350.

Something like this: http://i1.ebayimg.com/05/i/000/f2/9c/d7f7_1.JPG

It's really not that difficult to find all the V-8 pieces. I found some to replace a missing rod for my 69 at a local swap meet for $10. I would imagine the PG kickdown rod would be similar to the stock one I have on my 69. If you want, I'll snap a pic of the top side of my 69's engine tomorrow and post it up for you.
