Forget about HP/TQ,do you have an ET goal?
I would guess in a 3600 lb. car with a TH350/3000 stall,and 3.73 gears,you might be around a mid 12-high 12 if the car hooks,if not low,low easy 13's

that's almost identical to the motor in my best friend's 65 Elky. about the only difference is that he has 230cc Pro 1's on his, and 1 3/4" headers. his elky ran 11.90's on motor and 10.80's on 150hp nitrous with a 1 second delay. he had 3.73 gears and a 10" Yank convertor. it was a little soft in the 60ft with the oversize heads as it only did mid 1.70's. you should have better bottomend i would think. his car weighed a shade under 3600lbs with the driver in it.

Here is what I can say. My cousin has a very similar combo in his 68 chevelle. The motor is a 355, not a stroker, its got the same cam, same intake, holley 650DP, not a 750, stock HEI but rebuilt with better components, ported old school 2.02's and a 3500 converter in a 350 turbo tranny pushing 4.10 gears. Anyways, the car ran low 13's for a long while, than he swapped on some eddy aluminum heads and picked up roughly .35 putting him close to the 12.70's on sticky street tires. What are your heads...200cc, 215cc? My guess is that your combo should be every bit as capable of the same numbers, but probably better with the larger displacement, and the larger carb will help out at the strip. If it hooks better than his did and the tuneup is right, easy 12.60's and it would not be a stretch to say it could go 12.20-12.40. And as you can see by M71's post, if he does have a real quality converter and one of the larger heads, it could be even faster if you are in a similar weight car. Even though his heads were the aluminum ones, as far as I know the castings between the iron and aluminum are the same(meaning they flow as well), its just that the aluminum is lighter obvously and less sensitive to detonation. If everything is tuned right, Id figger 440+ horses and about 450-470lbs of torque.

since you live in Arizona maybe mid 13's to mid 12's or so depending on car weight, traction, converter and how well you can tune.

It should definitely be deep into the 12's with that light of a car as long as it hooks and you row through those gears the way you should

FWIW, my buddy's 383 made 365hp on a chassis dyno, if you're into the dyno numbers thing. i guess that to be around 440-450hp at the flywheel. his combo was pretty dialed in though. it had one of the old BG Silver Claw carbs on it, and he spent all day tuning it on the dyno. oddly it made the best pull with 41 degrees total timing. incidentally, it made 500 RWHP with 150hp shot of nitrous. those big heads loved the nitrous!
