It appears someone made them a clone! but what I dont get is how does he know it is a 136 car?

Probably body swapped and the CONVINs don't match the VIN. I don't think the SBC got a VIN stamp on the motor in 67 so the 136 may still be a mystery.

This seller seems honest rare trait indeed. Future buyer's beware.

If he states that it is the Original 283 motor then where is the mystery? It is not a 138 car. Maybe switched cowel tags? But the cowl tag should match the motor so if it is an original 283 it is not possible to be a 138 car. The pics he provided are not the cowl tag either.

Is this not the same car that was disscussed a couple months ago. Someone bought the car from a little old lady original owner and then sold it on E- bay.
