I am converting from bench to buckets in my 71 and was wondering what goes in the dash where the column shift gear shift indicator is?

Philip Apr 15th, 99, 12:02 AM 71velle, if you are going to have an indicator for gear selection on a floor shift, the answer to your question is that the dash indicator would be blacked out, thats the way my 70 w/4speed was, you could get creative and use it by tying it into the floor shift. 71velle Apr 15th, 99, 5:43 AM Sorry about that.....I am also putting in a console along with the buckets and won't need the gear shift indicator in the dash anymore because it is in the console and was wondering if there was a black out panel or something that goes in where the gear shift indicator was in the dash.
