Is it possible to run LQ4 truck heads or LS6 heads on a 350? If so would it be a good idea? They have 2.00/1.55 valves and 70cc and 64cc combustion chambers respectively. Any thoughts or info appreciated.

the Gen III heads will not bolt on to a GEN I or II block

You could however, find a set of heads developed by Buick/Dart that is essentially an LS1/LS6 type head that was designed by Buick/Dart to use on a Chevy block in competition racing.

But I'm sure you could get AFRs or something for cheaper.

Why don't you be the first to redrill your motor's deck's for the LS-heads bolt pattern and then get one of E-brock's new LS- carb. intakes and then figure out how to mount a distributor to everything and do it!!!

I want to but I don't have the stuff... (Or the money to play like this)......

Better yet, get the whole motor, put a cam & headers on it and make 375 or hp to the tires.
