I have gone through all the posts and searched for over an hour with google, but still have some holes in my information.

The best information I found so far was at:

But it didnt cover the 13-04-066-905. It gave me 902, 903, and 904. Can someone help me uncover the mystery.

Some other numbers are:

19N579899 (1 = Chevrolet, 9 = 1979, N = Norwood, 579899 = sequence no)
