Hey guys, I'm actually from the performanceyears.com forums and trying to find some info for my pontiac. I've got a 67 Lemans and purchased a new radio for it. It's a retrosound model 1. basically just an AM/FM radio that will play MP3's from a little flashdrive and what not. My problem though is there wasn't a faceplate listed for a lemans or goat or anything and the techs at Crutchfield didn't really know either. They sent me a universal one, taht's just a black platic plate and doesn't look to great. They have one listed for a 64 chevelle, and a 65-74 or so as well.
My question here is can anyone give me the dimensions of the cutout in the dash for a stock radio in a chevelle and the distance from the stems as well. I'm imagining it would be the same, but I really dont konw. I really appreciate any help guys.
