Would building a blown small block be consistent enough to bracket race? Just wondering. Thanks smile.gif

NO2 is more consistant.It's like having your own atmosphere with you when the air at the track sucks.

No but it sure could be fun. When I was racing a guy had a roadster with a blown small block in it. Every once in a while he would take the turn into the pits (not by choice) instead of completeing the race. He never won a cent but had a ball.

Yes, they are consistant. We run a big block though but there are some SB cars n the group. We do 7.80 1/4 index racing with ours and they are consistant as long as you keep a safe tune up. Bottles are for babies. LOL

Well, a blown big block won our Pro-street class in the Summit Series at Irwindale last year, it ran 6.0's @ 113+ in the 1/8th. Was extremely tough to beat
