what is the most i can do for CR on a set of 781 heads 119cc, I will be doing 496 but CR is till up in the air
It will be a street car on pump gas but I want the most CR i can run with out kill my motor

I started my 496 at 9.5 CR. with new Merlin cast-iron ovals and ROSS pistons and then went with Mr. Gasket .020" thick steel shims instead of the thicker blue composite headgaskets so it should be right at 9.8 to 1 CR. for pump gas use..

The ROSS pistons were almost too pretty to put in my motor, imho...
