I wouldn't know where to find one, but in case you don't all ready know this.

Try and get all the seam sealer out of the body before you take it in. Media blasting doesn't take it out very easy, and an inexperienced blaster might try to blast it out and thin the metal in those areas or even blow holes through it, depending on what he uses.

I thought I had mine all out, and I started poking around and found quite a bit around the cowl area hidden in the seams, anyway, for what its worth.

I'm a little farther north than you are but not more than an hour so I'll throw these at you as suggestions:

I haven't used them but they are on my list to call when I get to that point.

I came across another Ma. blasting place place once again though not in Worcester, it's in Tewksbury, Ma. Cutters autobody. A friend of mine used them for his corvette and was happy with the results:

I live in CT MA and but I couldnt find anyone local to media blast so I took my 71 to Milford, CT... American dry stripping. not a bad ride biut worth the trip as they did an awesome job. I removed all body filler (heat up with a torch and it comes off in layers) and took every pice of metal to them including my driveshaft sway bars, etc. Highly recommend them.

Another way to get body filler off, take a air hammer, I call them muffler guns, just one of the duller bits and throttle it down and the vibration will take it off fast.

A guy fresh out of body shop tech school showed me this, and no, it won't hurt the panels.

What exactly did they do, and how much did they charge?

I had the trunk floor, firewall and floor sandblasted and then epoxied. They also fixed a couple of pin holes after blasting. I paid $650. They do all type of blasting and shop is very clean for what it is. Its out by Barnes Airport. I also had my frame done the same way, I think I paid $450. When the fram was epoxied he adjusted his gun to get into all holes so no bare metal can be seen. Very happy w/there work.
