The latest project is almost done, and the last thing i need to purchase is a carburetor. I was hoping you guys could give me some suggestions. Here is some info about the car and motor.

71' chevelle drag car (fiberglass hood and bumpers with a roll cage)
12 bolt posi with 4.11's
turbo 400 with reverse pattern full manual valve body
electric fans, waterpump, and fuel pump
Full MSD electronics

Motor is a 468 with 10:1 compression
Solid lifter Lunati cam (.612/.630 lift, 288/296 duration)
AFR 305 heads with CNC chamber
Victor Jr intake

Car is primarily a strip only vehicle.

Goal for the car is high tens. What type of carb would work best for me?

I'll second that 950HP. I love mine. Real nice carb. Seems to be about perfect for a 454+ sized motor. graemlins/thumbsup.gif

I purchased my Holley from BIGS. I HIGHLY recommmend them - did a great job, and it runs better than I could ever get it to do. Only change I had to make was to the shooter size, here's my original post on it:
