have a chance to get a hillborn setup.
anybody out there have an input on this subject for a high comp. 427???

Is it going to be (or already) setup for EFI? If so that's an awesome looking and running setup; had one on a small block. If it's mechanical injection and you're going to leave it that way on a street-driven car then I think you'll be disappointed in it. Very finicky, tempermental. Tough to get the part throttle stuff working very well.

Call Kinsler Fuel Injection in I believe Troy, Michigan.They can set you up with the parts and know how for either mechanical or efi using the
Hilborn or Crower setups.

My grandfather got real familiar with Hilborn injection on his gasser in the '60s. He said they work very well at full throttle, but that's about it. He'd never run one on the street.
