I thought it was for 68-72 Chevelle, but it doesn't fit my floor even remotely close, so I'm thinking it's gotta be from something else. :confused: (Camaro/Nova maybe???)

first gen camaro, nova, 67-69 for sure, not sure if it will fit a 70-up camaro, definetly not a chevelle. sorry

Well, on the bright side, it's probably worth more on ebay if it's for a '69 Camaro. :clonk:

One more question... Will the Camaro/Nova cable work if I find a Chevelle shifter that's missing it?

I bought the exact same shifter at the last swap meet. I bet you can modify the base to work for a chevelle. I also posted on the interior forum if you can just buy the base for a chevelle. I got no replys on that though. jim

68-72 Camaro and Chevelle shifter cable is GM # 3956765. Probably cost about $65
