OK I have the angle plug heads with 5/8 plugs x 3/4 inch thread plus headers.
I need to build a wrench or socket too get these plugs tightened and untightened. A reg 5/8 socket don't fit at all. A wrench (box end) don't fit.
I'm taking a old wrench and socket to work today. And will grind it down as much as I can. I would like to see how others have solved this problem...Thanks..

For what it's worth, I ground one down and it worked like a charm.
If this is the passenger side rear plug with headers (and you have A/C), I bought a "45 degree deep offset box end wrench" just for that for ~$15. (I only bought one, standard finish, the picture is what it looks like.

I took a 5/8" combination wench and ground one end down where it would clear the head bolts. Works like a charm.
