anyone know if you can buy just the base of a staple shifter? (68-72) I picked up a shifter from a 68-9 camaro real cheap. I checked ground up and a couple others. I see you can get the handles, but the base isnt listed. I looked on ebay, and the camaro shifters doesn't seem to bring all that much. I think the handle a mechanism is all the same, just the base is a different shape. thanks jim
