Can any one help me, on a question on a Corvette. I am not a corvette collector but I found a person who wants to sell me an 81 Vette that needs a front clip and drive train. From the Firewall back it is in great condition including leather interior. I can get it for under $500.00 Any thoughts? If it were a Chevell I would already own it.

The frame, rear axle, and the interior all have value to rebuilders if you know where to find them and have the patience to hold your parts until they are wanted. You might be further ahead to spend the money on your Chevelle and enjoy the benefits today.

If it still drives, my wallet would already be $500 thinner..
