I've had my vintage M/T's powdercoated and love their look, but I remember when I had them on my 327 20 something years ago how they seeped oil from around the valve cover PVC ports due to not having baffles. I want to do it right this time around and need advice on how to install baffles on these prehistoric valve covers. Please tell me how to do this.

I drilled small holes almost all the way throug the top of the valve covers, and bent some sheetmetal so it was U- shaped so it had tangs on either side and screwed/pop rivited it in. You may be able to use epoxy to hold th baffle in as well.
