Has anyone been able to locate header molding lately. Several websites show them however none have stock or ETA on availabilty. Wondering if old one would polish up, any experiences. Thanks

The header molding is stainless and I have polished a few of them.
If the weatherstrip has remainded in good condition over the years,
the molding is usually in fair to good condition. If the weatherstrip
is poor or gone, then it is a metal to metal condition with the
header molding taking the worst of it.
