I have a set of the 64cc Sportsman's on my motor but did not get a chance to CC them before the engine was assembled. Can you folks who have measured the CC's on these heads chime in with what you've found? I'm just looking for a general idea of what to expect from them "out of the box" for chamber size. I'll CC mine when the motor comes back apart which may be soon.

Hmmmm,,This post looks kinda familiar :D

The ones I have checked were very close to 64cc's. Like 64 to 66cc's but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be checked

I have 76cc SPII's and they measured out just over 74cc. I bet you can figure your's are within 2cc of advertised...

my 64cc Sportsman IIs ccd right at 64. then I had them ported but did not cc them again. safe to say that the advertised numbers are close enough.
