can any one tell me were i can get a new one or a good used one no parts stores seem to carry them:sad:

I bought a new Evap. core from year one for my 70 El Camino. I was not close to what a 70-72 factory E-Core should look like. So I called the Co. in Texas that builds the cores for Year One.
I sent my ORG. E-Vap. core from my one owner 70 to Texas and they made two copys. One they sent back to me and the other one is on there shelf, So they now can make REAL O.E.M. copys of the Org.
The core they sent me is now in my 70 show car. It is not perfect But I am happy with it. If you want the info on the core, Send me an E-Mail and I will fill you in.

You can call Curtis at Classic Auto Air in Tampa Florida at 888-542-7016. They should have a rebuilt original on the shelf.
