Hey Fellas, Looking to purchase Mid-Mount Alt bracket. Are they well made? Are you happy with if your using? Does it support back of alt like GM one? Any input let me know Thnaks.WEB Site is

I used one for 3 years...it was a driverside alt that didnt mount to the heads...excellant...neverhad a problem. I went to a low mount to shorten the belt

I used a driver's side low mount alt. on a '67 big block Camaro. Very nice, very rigid. Never pitched a belt. Many RPM's. You won't be disappointed.

I used the midmount SBC on the passenger side and loved it. Wish they had better options for my short water pump BBC.

My '33 has steel Alan Grove brackets for both Alt and A/C. I've had them "forever" originally on a 327, now on a ZZ-4. NO problems, perfect fit.

Thanks all for your input. I forget to mention I will used Alt bracket on BBC. Mid-Mount one.

I use the mid mount pass side SB and works great graemlins/thumbsup.gif USA made too graemlins/thumbsup.gif

I have the Electric water pump setup for my 540. look like solid components. I used the hot coat sys to powdercoat mine. They look nice. Waiting on the engine to come next...

I've got the BBC mid mount on my 67. Very sturdy and well made. Using there P/S pump bracket also and was able to use my SBC pump.

I used a low mount alternator bracket on a sbc in my nova.You can see pic in my sig,just look for the nova engine pics.Worked perfect,and still on the car 7 years later.

I have the BB low, s/w/p, p/s mount on my motor now and think it is GOOD value for the money!!

Well I decided to purchase the BBC Long WP Mid-
Bracket. Adam nice nova and engine looks like a heavy hitter. Bracket is good and sturdy. My Thanks to all again who replied, Dave
