As for fit, Doug Thorleys DTE313 from summitracing.com, not ceramic but they fall into place. I've had 3 different sets of headers on my 66BB and these are by far the best fitting.

I just put a set of 1 3/4" Hedman Elite headers on my '65 BB Malibu. The headers have heavy guage tubing, 3/8" flange and ceramic coating. I don't remember the p/n off the top of my head, but they are listed as being for the '64-67 Chevelles. The headers fit the chassis pretty well. I didn't have to dimple them. My one complaint was that some of the header bolts were hard to start. It seemed as if the flange was slightly misdrilled. All bolts ultimately went in, and bolt access was pretty good. Spark plug access is good as well.
