i just bought a mechanical oil pressure gauge(auto meter sport comp 2 5/8) where sould i mount the senser to get the oil pressure reading, i have a 1970 small block 350? Any ideas? thanx

The port for oil pressure is about an inch or so back and below the driver side head near the tranny mounting.

I always ran mine at the port at the back of the block behind the intake manifold. always worked good for me.
