you can buy the switches/harware from B&M in a kit. The pic on the B&M web site may be a little bigger to give u a better idea how to mount them.

The switches mount on the side of the shifter body foward of the shifter lever. The switches have extra long screws that (if I remember correctly) go thru the shifter body and mount.

When you activate the shifter, one of the switches should click twice (NSS) and the other one once (REV lamp)

No you dont have it. The shifter has built in notches on it that hit those microswitches to make them activate.

Well actually I have the Z gate which may differ from what you have but in all it should be about the same.

I really have no way to take a pic. Read step 6 of the instruction manual. There is an exploded illustration that shows how the two switches mount onto the shifter body. One will sit on one side and the other will sit on the other side (same place). Both switches will be held using the two same small screws and nuts in the kit. The screws will pass thru one switch, thru the shifter body and thru the other side of the other switch. Don't overtorque them or you will crack the switch bodies.

aight i see how the switchs go on....... but on mine im pretty for sure it has to have that little thing that slids on the "T" thing and then it gets pushed up and down the T thing and it goes over those switchs......

http://www.bmracing.com/products/shft_auto/instruction_pdfs/9500071-14.pdf

look on page three and look at that T bar thing and that little thing that slides up and down it...... is there anyway i could beable to get a pattern and make one out of wood in wood shop at school...... can anyone tell me where i can get a pattern or something.....

Does your shifter not have a T plate? It should, and if it came without one I'd send the whole shifter back for another one.

I'm not sure you could make a T plate or not out of plywood....maybe metal if you can get some.

Are you talking about the gear selector bracket on the side of the transmission? That is the only thing on page three that resembles a "T" and it is very vital to your entire project.
