heres my cam specs, 274-280. at 50,236-242 568 578 lift, this is a comp cam solid. i tried checking out comps websight but for some reason i cant find or wont show me any of the solids. just shows the hyd's. anywas. i bought a set of dual springs off ebay. the part number is comp 996-16. comp product also. will these springs be ok?

i found the part number for my cam, and called jegs, the springs they said they recomended had a smaller od measurement than the ones i bought but i think they had a similar seat pressure. but different installed hieght, 1.8 as opposed to 2.0 on the ones i bought on ebay. The springs i bought off ebay were 300 dollars new the ones that are recomended are only a 100. maybe ill just try to sell the springs i bought and buy the recomended ones just to be safe.
