Can someone please decode this block pad for me, it's the DRH suffix I can't find.

Block casting 3970010 I assume 350 2or 4 bolt
Casting date I / / 8 I can't read the middle

Pad stamp TO922DRH with the DRH very lightly stamped.
Con vin 19L515011 I'm assuming 69 Camaro 15011 unit off the line.

If anyone could tell me what this motor is from, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mike
