: fuel system ideas (nitrous motor)

I've been planning this for a long time and now I'm thinking of going in the opposite direction. My original idea was to keep my Holley blue pump with my stock 3/8" lines for the motor and then run a 1 gallon fuel cell under the hood with another blue pump for the nitrous system. While I'm pretty sure this would have worked great it'll be a bit more pricey and more complicated than my new plan.

So, now I want to run just 1 big fuel system for both rather than 2 small systems. I'm sure plenty of people on here are doing the same so I'm wondering how is your fuel system layed out? What pump and regulator? How much nitrous are you running? ect.

I'm probably gonna be running upwards of a 200 shot on my motor. I'm going with 1/2" fuel line and using my old 3/8" line as a return. I'm just not too sure what else to use. This car sees a lot of street use so not only does the system need to be able to handle the heavy nitrous use it also needs to be reliable and as simple as possible.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Chris

I have mine setup how you had yours originally planned with a separate cell under the hood, only with a holley black for the motor, and a blue on the nitrous. Since you will be running a decent size shot, to be safe, i would probably suggest something like the mallory comp 250. Also, as far as im concerned, you cant go wrong with the standard holley dead-head regulators, but you could get fancy and run a return-style one on the motor side, since that is a pretty big pump. I would think that would be more than adequate, and it should leave you some room to grow. JMO of course.
