Due to work on the engine I am now going to have to get a new hood to provide enough air cleaner clearance on my '68. Was thinking either a 2" or 4" cowl hood (both would provide the clearance needed). In trying to decide between them does anyone have any good/bad experience with either size on the road? My concern being do you have any problems with looking out over the 4" cowl? Does it create somewhat of a "blind spot" in the front right of the car? Any pics from drivers seat would be appreciated.
