Can someone post a picture of their inner fender wells on a 1969...and/or tell me does the lower outside lip (just above the tire) of the well go inside or outside the fender itself. It looks like it must go on the outside for the c-clips to work, but I just want to be sure. Car came with no inner fenders and I cannot tell from other posts and my manuals...

All of the inner fender is on the outside except for about 6" in front (near the first bolt)
There is a little " ) " where it changes from the outside to the inside.
