I have a 66 SS 454 crate motor Hooker Super Comps with Jet-Hot ceramic coating. The coating did not last one year before rusting and pitting. Any suggestions on the best coating for longevity and looks?

Well, those headers are guarunteed not to rust so send them back and get another set. I know a few people that run them like this and have not had a problem. I have a set of those Dynomax Ceramic coated headers on my 70. They are holding up, but not as good as I have seen the Jet Hot Hooker Headers hold up.
