Hey all
Not to sound like a complete moron here but I'm looking for some direction here. I have a 65 Malibu SS w/ 283. As of now, it sits with a Edelbrock 4 bbl carb and Edelbrock manifold.
I'm changing over to an original-like Rochester 4 bbl. (I've delt with 2 Edelbrock carbs that I still cannot get to run correctly, so I'm trying this route). I have 3 lines that I'm having a problem trying to connect....not sure where they go and I cannot seem to find any diagrams anywhere.
1) is the PVC hose coming off the valve cover
2) is the line coming off the vacuum advance on the distributor
3) is the line coming out of the firewall on the passenger side

On the carb, I have
1) larger inlet on the in the back of the carb located in the throttlebody
2) a smaller inlet on the front passenger side of the carb located on the throttlebody
3) a medium size inlet on the back passenger side of the carb located on the top of the carb.

Any thoughts??
One last thing. the chrome air cleaner doesn't fit due to the Rochester being a smaller diameter. Does anyone know where I can find a chrome air cleaner to fit a 4GC Rochester
