I just started cleaning up a grungy old '69 Chevelle steering wheel that I picked up somewhere. At first, I thought that it had blue overspray. It appears to be a black wheel that was painted a medium blue. Did GM do this sort of thing or were the colours moulded into the plastic. All of our vehicles have the standard black wheel.
